These terms govern your use of the NovaLife app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
NovaLife is a wellness and lifestyle tracking tool: food, water, exercise, sleep, weight, mood, and related coaching suggestions.
NovaLife is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie targets, macro splits, coaching guidance (including the optional on-device AI coach), photo-based food estimates, and every other number in the app are informational estimates. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, diet, training, or mental health, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.
You need an account to sync photos and (optionally) back up data. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of what you log. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your region) to use NovaLife.
Don't attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload our infrastructure, reverse the app's API credentials, use the AI features to generate harmful content, or use the app where doing so would violate the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Health Connect integration, mood tracking, and all health logging are subject to the Privacy Policy. You control these permissions and can revoke them; the relevant features degrade gracefully.
You own what you log and the photos you take. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service (storing your progress photos in your private bucket, processing a meal photo you submit for analysis). Export and deletion controls are described in the Privacy Policy.
NovaLife is currently a beta. Features may change, break, or be removed; data loss, while we work hard against it, is possible, so use the CSV export. Paid subscriptions are disabled during the beta; if pricing is introduced later, these terms will be updated first.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings). We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
